Introduce
 Jiangsu Shuguang Oil Tools Limited is a joint venture and was set up by Jiangsu Shuguang Group Co., Ltd. and Grand Rig International Ltd. collectively. There are 146 workers in our company now including 2 senior engineers, 19 varied engineering technicians and 8 professional administrators. We mainly manufacture drill pipe tool joints, viper connectors, high strength water resistance drill tools and couplings, pup joints, casing heads, tubing spools, and other related products. Our total investment is 4 million US dollars and registered capital is 3 million US dollars. The whole site covers 400,000 square meters including 200,000 square meters of workshops.
Our annual production capability is 180,000 sets of tool joints, 10,000 sets of viper connectors, 200,000 pieces of couplings, 8,000 pieces of casing heads and tubing spools, and 8,000 series of Christmas trees. We are also the first manufacturer of special marine drilling guide pipes in China. As one of the largest manufacturing bases for oil drilling equipment in China, our main equipment includes: highly effective electric heat treatment furnaces, CNC lathes, shot peening equipment, CNC vertical lathes, drilling machines, milling machines, CNC machining centers, King BHN testers, MPT machines, UT machines, and optical comparators. We own more than 100 advanced manufacturing and inspection equipment in total.
Our company started building our quality management system in 1996. The system was assessed by American Petroleum Institute and founded in conformance with API Q1 and ISO9001:2000 quality management system requirements. Our company has gotten API Spec.7, API 5CT, API 6A, API Q1 and ISO9001:2000 certificates. Our products not only sell well in domestic oil fields, but also in the international markets. We have gained a high credit and evaluation for our high quality products and good enterprise reputation. |
